Bayshore TBI 

Upon admission, we recommend that a Neuropsychological Evaluation be completed by a licensed Psychologist. The treatment team will then meet and develop an appropriate individualized care plan for the client. The treatment team will consist of the Administrator and Program Coordinator as well as the client's Guardian, Primary Care Physician, Neurologist, Psychiatrist, Psychologist and any therapist that might influence their care such as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech-Language Pathologist.
